I have never seen modern, creative Cantonese ...Yum! I have never seen modern, creative Cantonese food like that! While I love the classics, restaurants here in NZ have been cooking the same menus for 20 to 30 years. Jellyfish is completely underrated. I love it's crunchy bouncy texture and sesame chili flavour. I am a coriander lover so that dish is right up my alley. The shumai and tartare also sound very special.
